Complete Skid Mounted 30 GPM Biodiesel Distillation System
Complete skid mounted 30 gallon per minute biodiesel distillation system. The package includes a pre-flash vessel, distillation column, shell and tube feed heaters, shell and tube reboilers, condenser, receivers, pumps, controls, instruments, control panel, valves, piping, two large skid frames, catwalks, ladders, platforms, and complete system documentation. System was designed to distill a 30 gpm biodiesel stream but would be suitable for use in many other distillation applications. Vessels are rated for 650°F at full vacuum or higher and operated at 0.2 PSIA (29.52 in hg) vacuum. The system was designed and constructed in 2014 but used only intermittently since. All equipment is still installed and can be inspected prior to removal. The purchase price includes rigging and removal costs.
