Complete Skid Mounted 4 GPM Methanol Recovery Unit / Flash Evaporator
Complete skid mounted 4 gallon per minute methanol recovery unit / flash evaporator. The package includes the flash vessel, shell & tube heater, condenser, receivers, pumps, controls, instruments, control panel, valves, piping, steel support frame, and complete system documentation. System was designed to remove up to 20% methanol from a 4 gpm crude glycerin stream but would be suitable for use in many other flash evaporation or solvent recovery applications. The system was designed and constructed in 2014 but used only intermittently since. All equipment is still installed and can be inspected prior to removal. The purchase price includes rigging and removal costs.

P-412 Recovered Methanol Pump – 5 gpm @ 142.5’ TDH, Goulds model LF3196 1x1.5-8 centrifugal pump, 1 hp 3450 rpm 208-230/460 volt explosion proof motor.
P-413 Bottoms Pump – 4 gpm @ 53.2 psid, Viking model HL4124B internal gear pump, 2 hp 1750 rpm 208-230/460 volt explosion proof motor.
VP-414 Vacuum Pump – 177 cfm @ 30 in HG, Gardner Denver Nash Elmo model VSB-320 dry screw vacuum pump, 10 hp 3600 rpm 208-230/460 volt explosion proof motor.

Skid mounted instrument panel with power supply, fuses, relays, terminals, din rail, panel channel, and Schneider / Telemecanique distributed I/O modules. Panel also includes Ethernet module for one wire Cat6 connection to HMI.

Yes. All original drawings, engineering calculations, vessel drawings, ASME U-1A data reports, etc.
